Our new website has a special section “Formulations”, which presents detailed formulations for creating various forms of emulsions, suspensions and concentrates. This section will be a useful tool for technologists and developers of chemical products.
The section contains recipes for the following types of products:
• EC (Emulsion concentrates)
• EW (Aqueous emulsion)
• ME (Microemulsions)
• OD (Oil dispersions)
• SC, FS (Suspension concentrates)
• WG/WDG/DF (Wettable powders, water-soluble granules, dry liquid suspension)
Each formulation includes the recommended ratio of the active substance, which allows users to easily select the optimal ingredients to create high-quality products.
In addition, in the section “Catalog by category — Raw materials for formulations” you can leave a request for the selection of additional ingredients for formulations. For example:
• Antifreeze: glycerin, propylene glycol
• Dispersants: selected individually for each active ingredient
• Preservatives: CMIT/MIT, BIT
• Materials for creating a polymer wall: MDI, polyols, polyamine
• Viscosity modifiers: xanthan gum, magnesium aluminosilicate (Veegum)
• Rheology modifiers: bentonite, precipitated silica
• Emulsifiers: selected individually for each active ingredient
