EW (Aqueous Emulsion)

More about «EW (Aqueous Emulsion)»

Application

Emulsions in water (EW) ensure uniform dispersion of an organic liquid insoluble in water. An organic liquid can be either a technical liquid or a solid technical substance embedded in a rectifier. They appear separately from another alternative to the emulsifiable concentrate. To obtain a concentrated aqueous emulsion of an impermeable space, water is usually used, unlike an organic solvent for emulsifiable concentrates. An intolerant phase with water is preferred due to lower phytotoxicity, related to problems with temperature spikes, stagnation in girth and less air exposure to the environment.
